as your "Rental Agency or locator service"
on the lease application AND the Guest Card!!!
The
reason this is so important is that we charge
a commission to the apartments for referring
you to them. The only way to prove that we have
referred you is for you to write our name on
the lease application. If we do not receive a
commission, then there is no way for us to pay
you a rebate.
